We are constantly surrounded by the noise of daily life: traffic, tv & radio, construction, neighborhood dogs, our own kids, you name it; it’s hard to find peace and quiet in the modern world. In fact, we shouldn’t even try. Instead, we should build the inner capacity to create peace and quiet within ourselves. This requires vitality, openness and mastery.

The exercises we'll practice in this Kundalini Yoga Immersion build these necessary qualities in coping with the modern world. Opening the Heart Center allows you to quit resisting the outside world and invite it in. Then we move into a series of listening exercises. Tuning in and learning to listen both within and without. Attuning you first to your own inner voice and then to the voice of the Infinite.

This One-day workshop offers the space for deep listening- sunia- and the tools for developing Intuition. In a serene and beautiful location surrounded by nature and tranquility, we combine indoor and outdoor activities.Yoga, deep meditation, silence, dancing, laughing, group sharing and discussion, and the healing sound of the gong will be some of the components we will use to activate intuition, the Voice Within.

In addition you'll find an opportunity for experiencing an ashram-like lifestyle for a day, beginning with early morning Sadhana (optional) and an opportunity to serve through SEVA-selfless service.

Practicing Kindness

"Seva also Sewa, short for the word Karseva refers to "selfless service," work or service performed without any thought of reward or personal benefit. In the Punjabi language the person performing such service is called a Sevadar." read more
